Planting Instructions for Hummingbird and Butterfly Mix Wildflower Seeds
Hummingbird and Butterfly Mixes need to be planted in a fine seedbed. Broadcast or scatter seeds over the surface of the soil. In fine mixtures, add sand to wildflower mix seed to help sow them more evenly. Rake seeds lightly. Do not cover wildflower seeds, but water lightly if needed.

I only have houseplants in an NYC apartment, & plant St. Clare seeds among the various, producing results always interesting, & often delightful, the wildflowers particularly.
