Black Eyed Susan seeds will germinate in approximately 20 days at 70°F. They can be started indoors 8 – 10 weeks before the last frost date or sow outdoors 2 weeks before last frost date. Do not cover Black Eyed Susan seeds when sowing and space 12″ – 18″ apart. Black Eyed Susans like full sun and can be planted in pots or baskets.
